A Letter From Repertoire

To our beautiful customers,

We are sitting here this morning trying to find the right words to share with you today. Monday felt surreal, closing our head office and stores and saying goodbye to all our brave staff was one of the hardest days we have ever had to navigate as Directors. We shed a tear or two with grace and strength as we fully support Jacinda and her incredible leadership at this time.

We know that we will weather this storm both personally, as a community and as a business. We know this to be true as we have seen such beautiful acts of kindness and love in the last few days from both men and women who proudly call themselves New Zealanders. Today we may all have woken up to uncertainty, but, we have also woken up to many amazing opportunities to connect with our families, to take time to rest, to reflect on what’s important in our lives and to find gratitude in the many things we still have in abundance.

Repertoire is a love-brand built on connection, so we want to stay connected with you. This is such a great time to reach out to share and learn from each other, to take time to indulge in some of the things we often feel guilty about in our over-scheduled and busy days, like reading blog posts, catching up on Facebook, reading a fabulous magazine, book or watching a delicious chick flick.

During this time, we are committed to connection with our staff and with our customers. We are working on some fabulous live Facebook fashion trend workshops, body shape training as well as many other fun and fabulous topics that we know will add value to your fashion repertoire.

So, it’s time to put aside our fears, worry and uncertainty and to connect with each other when and however we can. We invite you all to join our Style Tribe Facebook page where you can. Ask questions, share photos, funny quotes or whatever tickles your Repertoire fashion fancy. You are never alone as you have your Repertoire fashion family right at your fingertips.

With New Zealand currently at Alert Level-4, our first priority is of course to ensure our staff, customers and community are safe and healthy. This means we are not able to ship any orders until the current restrictions change.

Our online store remains open for orders, but these will only be shipped when we are able to re-open.

As a token of our appreciation for your loyalty, understanding and support during this difficult time, all orders placed during Alert Level-4 will ship after the lockdown with a 20% discount voucher – redeemable on your next purchase after the lockdown ends. T's & C's apply.

For customers who have recently purchased from us, we absolutely want to ensure you are happy with your purchase so we have also extended our returns period to 2 months as we cannot currently receive or action any customer returns.
