No Risk Returns

Not sure if you’ll love every item you order? That’s OK. We give you 14 days to make your final decision.
 
If you purchased in-store please take it back to any of our stores. If you bought online, email us on web@repertoire.co.nz and we’ll arrange a complimentary courier collection via CourierPost. Sorry, we cannot offer courtesy courier pick ups for sale/discounted items, footwear or international purchases.
 
If you change your mind after 14 days of receipt but within 4 weeks, then you can still return the item to us (in its original unworn condition with swing tags attached), and we will issue you with store credit.
 
All other return situations will be considered on a case by case basis by our Head Office team. Please email us on web@repertoire.co.nz to start the conversation.

Laybuy - Buy Now, Pay Later, No Extra Costs 

Laybuy lets you receive your purchase now and spread the total cost over 6 weekly automatic payments. Interest Free. Take your items to the counter and ask to pay by Laybuy. Provide your mobile number to the staff member.

How does Laybuy work?

Laybuy offers online shoppers a simple interest free payment plan that lets you secure your purchase today and pay for it in 6 equal payments, once a week for 6 weeks.

Laybuy performs a credit check to obtain a credit score on all new users upon registration. Once your credit score has been confirmed and your account has been verified, Laybuy assigns your Laybuy limit (see How is my Laybuy limit approved?) and you can begin shopping immediately.

The first payment equal to one sixth of the purchase price occurs once your order is completed. The remaining 5 payments are processed each week on the day of the original purchase from your nominated card. No further action is required and all account information including a payment schedule can be viewed, at any time, through your Laybuy account.

Once you select Pay by Laybuy at checkout and complete your purchase, the Merchant ships any products directly to you at the delivery address you have requested. If your purchase is a ticket for a service, this will be emailed to you.

How to put an order on Laybuy?

  • When you are ready to purchase select Check Out on the cart page.
  • Enter customer information and shipping address. Select continue to shipping method.
  • Check over your order and select continue to payment method.
  • Simply select Payment Method Laybuy at checkout. Then select complete order. You will then be redirected to the Laybuy site.
  • New Laybuy customers will need to sign up. Enter email and create password. Enter mobile and verify with given code. Then create a profile by entering in your information. A credit check will then be applied.
  • Returning customers only need to confirm the order to complete the purchase.
  • Your order is processed immediately and your payment schedule is established.
  • Only a sixth is due today and the rest is split over 5 weekly automatic payments on the day of the original purchase.

When will I have to make my first payment to Laybuy?
Your first payment is made at the time of purchase for one sixth of the total purchase price. We will give you your entire payment plan before you complete your purchase so you can see what you owe us.

 

Afterpay

  • Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase over 4 instalments due every 2 weeks. In some cases, Afterpay may require you to make a payment at the time of purchase.
  • You must be over 18 years old and be the authorised holder of an eligible debit/credit card to apply (see clause 2.4 for eligibility criteria).
  • All orders are subject to Afterpay’s approval – for example, if you have any overdue payments, Afterpay will not be available to you. For more information on assessment and checks, see clause 6.2
  • As part of our approval process, we may conduct a pre-authorisation on your nominated card, up to an amount of your first instalment - see clause 6.2(f)
  • You can make repayments to Afterpay any time BEFORE the due date. Otherwise, Afterpay will automatically try process payments on the scheduled dates from your card. If a payment is not processed on or before the due date, late fees will apply – initial $10 late fee, and a further $7 if the payment remains unpaid 7 days after the due date.
  • For each order below $40, a maximum of one $10 late fee may be applied per order. For each order of $40 or above, the total of the late fees that may be applied are capped at 25% of the original order value or $68, whichever is less. See Schedule 1.
  • If you won’t be able to pay us on time, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • The delivery/quality of goods and all refunds is the responsibility of the retailer where you make the purchase.
