We offer flat rate international shipping; timeframes will be according to your location and time of year. $9.90 NZD for Australia, $45.00 NZD for all other countries. We do accept returns for international orders at 5 Hocking St, Mt Maunganui, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, 3116. This will be at your own cost, and please email web@repertoire.co.nz to ensure that the package will comply with the NZ customs/import regulations.

Customs / Import Regulations

Customs and import regulations vary widely between countries. Some of the products we sell via this website could be prohibited for importation into certain countries. Unfortunately, it's not possible for us to be aware of all of the regulations specific to any given country. Where we are aware of any particular import restrictions, we endeavor to make note of this on the product detail page.

It's entirely your responsibility to ensure that any goods which you order are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country. Repertoire NZ accept no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to, or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your countries Customs Office or other government body. Likewise, any import duty or tax payable on your order is not our responsibility and is beyond our control. If an order is returned to us by your countries import authorities in resalable condition, we'll refund you the value of the order less any postage costs incurred to us. We can't provide a refund until we've received the products back. We don't provide refunds on parcels that are detained or confiscated at your countries customs due to containing items which are prohibited.

We accept no liability for any goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.

We recommend you contact your local Customs Office for further information on import regulations in your country.

Returning Full Priced Items

You may return it within fourteen days from the date of purchase and we will refund your money providing it is in its original, unworn condition with swing tags attached and with our original receipt/invoice.  

If an item is returned after fourteen days, but within a month from the date of purchase, we will issue you with store credit. Items returned after one month from the date of purchase, or in a condition that is not deemed its original state, will be considered on a case by case basis at Repertoire’s head office. When returning items bought online, you will receive web-store credit. This credit can be used online only, not in store.

Items purchased in-store may be returned to any Repertoire store. Online purchases may also be returned to a store if you prefer.

Items purchased online were packed with a return label sticker and return card. Turn the Repertoire courier bag inside out and use the return label sticker to send the item back. If you threw away the courier bag then you can use any courier bag. If you accidentally threw away the return label sticker you can print your own label from your tracking page that you received by email. You can call 0800 COURIER (268 7437) to organise a courier pick up at your convenience, or drop it into your local NZ Post office.

Sorry, courier pick up from rural addresses or international addresses is not possible and we are unable to offer courtesy courier pickups for footwear.

Returning Sale Items

While our sale items are store new, some may have imperfections. Please make your selections carefully as we cannot refund sale items. Returned sale items can only be exchanged for another size or for store credit. Sale items must be returned within fourteen days from the date of purchase. Please note: the purchase of sale items do not accrue loyalty points.

Faulty Items

If you are unhappy with the quality of an item, please return it to us. All returned items are sent to head office for analysis and if we are found to be at fault we will replace, refund or credit the item according to the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act.
